Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Every new client can start with a 60-day free trial. You get full access to the platform, your dedicated customer success manager, and white glove onboarding, before you pay a thing. Billing starts at month three.
What's the commitment after the trial?
All plans are 12-month contracts. We ask for the commitment because it takes time to see the full picture, and the impact of your insights.
What if I'm not sure which products I need?
Start with Foundation. It's included with every plan and gives you a strong foundation to work from. Your CSM will help you figure out what makes sense for your goals.
What about advertising? Can you help with that too?
Yes. Direct mail and audience targeting are available as add-ons, launched directly from the platform. We also offer digital ads across a wide range of formats, from streaming television to geofencing. They're billed separately when you use them, not as part of your subscription.
